Shipping

Orders placed by 1 p.m. ET Monday–Thursday ship the same business day. We ship within the United States only, in discreet packaging, with tracking on every order. Products ship as sealed lyophilized powder; store them at −20 °C on arrival.

Returns

Because research compounds must stay sealed and stored correctly, we can't accept returns of opened products. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to [email protected] within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
